  • Consume one or two scoops of Supercharged Collagen daily to support tendons, ligaments, joints, bones, and skin quality.
  • Athletes should consume one heaping scoop of Supercharged Collagen (ideally, on an empty stomach) 30 to 60 minutes before targeted sport-specific exercise,  rest day mobility work or "protective training" of the fingers, arms, shoulders, back, hips, knees, or ankles. Additionally, consume one scoop upon waking each morning or before a second workout of the day, if engaged in two-a-day training.

    I put a scoop of Supercharged Collagen in my first cup of coffee every morning! It dissolves super fast. I sometimes add a scoop to my evening tea on hard training days. This has been a solid regimen for me the past couple of years. As a climber I will say my fingers have never felt this strong and injury-resistant.
