I changed quite a few things about how I approached my training/climbing/recovery these past 6 months, and using Supercharged Collagen once or twice a day, pretty much every day, was one of those changes. Now, I can't list all of the factors involved, or to what degree each of them helped, but I do know that this season of climbing has been my best so far, and by a respectable margin. I feel stronger, I'm climbing harder both on boulders and ropes, and I feel significantly less tweaky. In addition to just feeling stronger and less injury-prone, I am objectively so, having blown past numerous previous benchmarks with no greater negative effect than some worn skin. So, do I personally have conclusive, scientific proof that this stuff works? No. But I don't intend to stop using it any time soon.
