Ok, fist of all I have now bought and used two bulk orders that were separated by a period that I continued to train and climb. The first order I found that my fingers didn't feel sore after climbing or training and this effect was pretty much immediate. I followed the protocal as best as I could but often just used a donut for 5 or so min when I was at work.
I was happy with the results but I was sceptical. How much was placebo affect and how much was this collagen? I stop for a bit and continued to climb and train. Fingers got pretty sore.
I made my second order and again I found positive results and my fingers feel great! I'm an older climber and I have to admit that this product has helped me a crazy amount. Now if I could get the same effect on the rest of my body I could send my project:)
I do have some suggestions. One, it is a bit bitter so if I'm bouldering I mix it with a bit of amino acids as just in water is not that great. In coffee it also makes it a bit bitter so if you like your coffee black and are picky about your coffee, like me, you might notice it changes the flavour a bit.
I highly recommend the stuff, my fingers have never felt better!
