The "7/3 Repeater" Hangboard Protocol for Improved Finger Strength-Endurance

Finger training on a hangboard is one of the most basicand effectiveways to improve climbing performance. In this video, Cameron Hörst details the "7/3 Repeater" protocol he used to train-up his finger strength-endurance for his ascent of Lucifer (5.14c/8c+).
