I used it after a hard climbing session and or workout and was always feeling recovered the day after

This stuff is good, taste is ok

This stuff has been a life saver for me. Being able to add 20 grams of protein per day is huge and love the added creatine since, as a vegetarian I do not get much of it. The taste is good but not great, that’s the only thing that would I would say draws from it! Awesome product!

Great protein blend at an affordable price. Not to mention that the creatine dose is very important for plant based eaters and its effect with with homocysteine levels. Give this stuff a try you won't regret it!

I’m a lead Routesetter working full time up in Alaska. This protein mix has been clutch for keeping my fingers and muscles in top shape and saving me from the all too common overuse injuries in climbing like elbow tendonosis and pulley aggravations. Since taking this and the collagen within two shakes throughout the work day all of my overuse issues have subsided and I’ve been able to increase my training sessions outside of work. I’ve especially noticed the recovery increase during and after hard boulder set days where we forerun the v9/10/11/+ before lunch and hit everything below that after lunch. Highly recommend! Of course, also gotta do your proper warmups, post sesh ice, Epsom salt bath, and foam roll/stretch if you want to see maximum recovery!
