I’ve been using this collagen for quite a while now. The chocolate is delicious, and I seriously feel like my fingers have gotten stronger with this stuff. And I’ve had great skin recovery since I’ve been taking this as well. Must get this if you’re a hard climber.
I'm a recreational indoor climber and stumbled across PhysiVantage. I am 55 and do CrossFit 4-5 times a week...I used to feel pain in my joints/tendons mostly in my arms from pulling heavy weight...climbing using more of my arms than I should, deadlifts, cleans, even pull-ups....I've been drinking PhysiVantage for awhile and can honestly say I don't have that pain anymore. I also feel like I am recovering faster. I highly recommend trying it.
I believe SCC works when taken consistently, my tendonopathy that I would get occasionally after hard days climbing near nonexistent now. Phys/Vantage follows the literature and I think they are on to something.
As an almost 50 year old climber and guide I had started to develop chronic finger injuries (pulleys, etc.) that I could not shake no matter what I did. After taking collagen daily and following Eric's daily protocol for maintaining healthy and strong fingers, I've seen almost miraculous changes. I'm definitely sold on this product.
