Size Does Matter

In our coaches’ experience, climbers respond best to a training stimulus that is appropriate for their morphology; in the case of finger strength training, where the edge supports the entire distal phalanx (fingertip).

This is why the MX Edge Lift comes in two sizes: small and large.

Comfortable Finger Training

I am relatively new to edge lifting as a method of finger training, but after using this product I plan to use this for the majority of my training. I find this design to be incredibly comfortable and much easier on my fingers than hangboarding.
