I first tried weapons-grade whey and loved it, but then got cheap and bought a second rate mix from the grocery store. My mistake! Weapons-grade tastes better, mixes better, and helps me recover faster.
Its simple. Suck on this if you want to boost that performance for that long hard session you have been dreaming about ;) You know what I mean
I have been holding off on reviewing REDUX, because I wasn't sure what effect it was having. I noticed less post-workou pain overall, but it was at a time where I really upped my strength training. I thought perhaps I had just gotten so strong that the workouts weren't hitting me as hard as before. But I just tried an experiment where I decided not to take the REDUX after my most-recent training session. Turns out, I am still suseptible to usual DOMS. Now I know for sure! I have been bringing two tablets in a tiny pill holder that clips onto my keychain. I won't be skipping any more doses.
Most recently, it got me through a competition. Qualifications usually happen one day and finals the next. I take a long time to recover and usually can't climb two days in a row. But REDUX, along with Sendure X and Super-Charged Collagen, got me feeling strong and ready for finals.
I've started drinking this before my morning workouts and it gives me more energy and helps with recovery. The flavor is good too!
I love that the serving of Super-Charged Collagen gives more protein than most brands I have tried. The only downside to it is the flavor. I tried the unflavored, and the collagen taste was just a bit too strong to be enjoyable. I then tried mixing the peach flavor into some tea, but the combo led to kind of a slimy texture. I have found the best thing to do with flavored or unflavored is to mix it in my water bottle with Sendure X or electrolites. It makes for a good-tasting combo and a good pre-workout mix.
